Richard Cunningham Development | Building Trust in Leadership

Building Bridges...

You may be asking "why a bridge"? Trust and bridges are the heart of my mission because they both connect people. Both help carry us to where we need to go. I find tremendous satisfaction in helping individuals, groups and teams build those bridges of trust. Call on me if I can assist you in your bridge building.
Thank you for your interest in the services I offer. First, this note.

I finally discovered -- it’s all about trust!

The people and groups varied but many faced the same challenge. People would describe it in various ways, e.g., a need for more effective leadership, team building, or working with a difficult person. I finally saw a common theme: It really was all about trust! With it, you can lead, work together, and problem-solve. Without it –- well, nothing seems to work right. Trust is worth having and knowing how to foster it. It’s building bridges between individuals and groups.

So…what I try to offer the groups, individuals and audiences I work with are some ways we can build trust (and relationships) to get things done. It’s trust -- in how we lead, communicate and serve.

Now I believe we all know a lot! But knowing what we should do isn’t the same as doing it. So whether it’s about awareness or skills – effective speakers and facilitators should help spark what we know is true and help motivate us to action. It’s refreshing our common sense with energy, insight and humor.

It’s my hope to help do that by serving you in one or more of the ways you see described here. They can make such an important difference to our own, and our organizations’ success. In summary, my services include:
  1. Seminars, keynotes and breakout sessions;
  2. Organization development and facilitation;
  3. Coaching individuals; and
  4. Recognition entertainment.
During these unusual times, I am presenting services via Zoom or similar platforms.

More detail about them is enclosed.
Once again, my thanks!
